Shakes (or smoothies, however you wanna call it) are a big part of my breakfast routine at the moment. They are refreshing, on the healthier side and super easy to make. Today I am sharing with you one of my newest obsessions, my creamy almond cocoa shake.I am not gonna lie, this isn’t a typical chocolate shake, but it tastes really delicious and you don’t have that „oh no I just ate too much sugar to handle“ feeling afterwards. Plus, its self-made and doesn’t have any nasty ingredients in it. The banana adds just a litte bit texture to the shake, so it doesn’t taste like it. This recipe makes 2 shakes.
You will need:
2 ripe bananas (fresh or frozen)
3 heaped teaspoons of good!! cocoa powder
2 cups or 450ml almond milk
dash of stevia or honey
1 scoop of chocolate ice cream (if you are feeling a little bit naughty)
This recipe is so simple that I didn’t even had to write a step by step list. Just place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you don’t have a blender, a hand blender will do the trick. Enjoy your almond cocoa shake!
